farmB Labs was selected for the first FASTA innovator cohort, a programme delivered by the UK Agri-Tech Centre in partnership with the Carbon Trust to accelerate MRV solutions for sustainable and resilient agriculture.

farmB Labs is pleased to announce the successful completion of its participation in FASTA – the Food Agriculture Systems Technology Accelerator, an initiative designed to support innovators scaling Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) technologies for sustainable farming, carbon reduction and the transition towards Net Zero agriculture.

Delivered by the UK Agri-Tech Centre in partnership with the Carbon Trust, FASTA supports selected agri-tech businesses in bringing tested solutions closer to market through tailored technical support, expert mentorship, stakeholder engagement, investor readiness and a final Demo Day.

As part of the first FASTA innovator cohort, farmB Labs contributed its integrated digital agriculture platform, which connects satellite imagery, sensors, machinery data and farmer records to support farm planning, compliance and credible environmental reporting.

For farmB, participation in FASTA represented an important step in strengthening its UK presence and further positioning its Carbon Intelligence System as a practical digital infrastructure for farm-level MRV. Through the programme, farmB Labs engaged with experts, industry stakeholders and innovation partners working to address some of the most important barriers in agricultural sustainability: data interoperability, transparency, credible reporting and the verification of on-farm practices.

The successful completion of the programme marks another milestone in farmB’s mission to transform farm data into actionable, science-based insights that support farmers, supply chains and institutions in making better decisions for productivity, resilience and environmental performance.

At farmB, we believe that the future of sustainable agriculture depends on trusted data, credible MRV and practical digital tools that work in real farming conditions. FASTA has provided a valuable platform to refine our approach, connect with the UK agri-food ecosystem and accelerate our contribution to Net Zero agriculture.

farmB Labs extends its thanks to the UK Agri-Tech Centre, the Carbon Trust, and the wider FASTA network for their support throughout the programme.
